Maternal grandmother died leaving behind property might have made will

my maternal grandmother just passway in my aunty is house.and from last 5 year she lived there as per we decide.we have a doubt my aunty may b create a will. so please guide is possible or not ? and its validate​?
There can be possibilities your maternal grandmother may have prepared Will on instructions of your aunt and could also be possible your grandmother may have died without any Will. That your mother shall discuss with your aunt and find out. Further, if there is a Will then you have the right to know the contents of the Will and if you want you can challenge the Will.
