Legal heirs not giving share to nominee in bank documents for account

Hello sir. One of my friend live alone & his son not take care that time I take care him. There fore he give my name as a nominee in bank accounts.Now I want to clams for this but his son also want to claim. I want that money for charity. I don't have any documents like bank passbook . But I want that money because his son not take care him that time when my friend needed
in this case you can send them a legal notice and if they donot comply with the terms of the notice then you can file a civil suit under the provisions of civil procedure code. you can hire a good lawyer and file a suit under order 32 for the recovery of money.
