Land transfer from father to sons legal advice if name not included.

12-Aug-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
My grandfather has 2 sons, he has always been biased with his younger son. Our village is located in ucchahar district of uttar pradesh. My family resides in Delhi but due to corona we decided to be in our village and construct our house. But my grandfather is being biased and is creating problems, his behaviour is a bit concerning to me as I'm worried that he might not include my fathers name in the lamd partition even though he has said verbally that he will divide. But to be sure we have built the foundation (neev) of our house to make them understand that we have hold on our land. I want to take legal advice in this matter, that what if he won't add my father's name in the land partition? Can we still get our land? Even if we have built the foundation of the house, can that land still be taken from us? In worse case scenario what can we do to get the land? Kindly advice me so that i can prepare myself for future. Thankyou
