1. Is there any time limit to probate a registered WILL, if objection raised? 2. Is only one witness of the WILL sufficient? 3. Where to get the LAW regarding the above quarries?

The simple answer is no. This however doesn't mean that there are no time limits at all when applying for probate. For example, if there is an Inheritance Tax liability then the tax return must be filed with the Inland Revenue within 6 months of the date of death, otherwise interest or penalties can apply.
