Is there a way to speed up my case (Civil - Grandparents property)

18-Dec-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
We are Hindu and the issue is about the property which my grandfather owned. My grandfather had four child's (Two sons and two daughter) before passing away my garndfather made a will stating that my father will take care of all the property and it will belong to him as he took care of my grandfather for 20 years in his old age and after that my uncle and aunt appeled in court and the case is going on for past 18 years. Now as my father is also in his early 60's i want a solution on how to close this case faster. Already the court has enquired the witness who signed the will during registring in the court. Kindly help out.

You have to appeal to the court for early conclusion of proceedings only through your advocate who is handling this case, citing the age of your father and the duration of time that has elapsed so far in the case.
