Is my will structure legally valid? (spouse first, children next)

Dear sir/madam,
Please review the will format (Google doc link below) I drafted for myself and my wife (mirrored) and let me know the answers to queries mentioned therein.
Please note that I am not looking for drafting, only validation of structure.

A valid Will should include: clear details of the testator, revocation of earlier Wills, appointment of executor(s), clear identification of beneficiaries, detailed asset distribution, guardianship (if relevant), signature of the testator, attestation by two witnesses, and a residuary clause.
