Is my will structure legally valid? (spouse first, children next)

11-Apr-2026 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
Dear sir/madam, Please review the will format (Google doc link below) I drafted for myself and my wife (mirrored) and let me know the answers to queries mentioned therein. Please note that I am not looking for drafting, only validation of structure. Thanks and regards. https://docs.google.com/document/d/1BTJoaDAslc6zTHpg4BtWKvfWEb3vnhrs74lqxExAKnI/edit?usp=sharing

A valid Will should include: clear details of the testator, revocation of earlier Wills, appointment of executor(s), clear identification of beneficiaries, detailed asset distribution, guardianship (if relevant), signature of the testator, attestation by two witnesses, and a residuary clause.

The link you have provided is inactive. Also, there is no valid structure of a Will provided in law. The only concern would be to have the clauses of the Will which do not turn out to be invalid void per the laws. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice/assistance as regards the same.
