Implementation of late fathers will

father made will signed by 2 witnesses and beneficiaries of will 3 legal heirs -yhe will clearly lays down asset allocation among them - in case of 2 beneficiaries the name of deceased as first and name of other beneficiary as second holder figured - but in my case the name of 2 beneficiaries of one bank account of which i first and my sister second added - how can i claim the money in this account as my sister nor ready to delete her name(because of certain verbal commitment given by her to my father which i not in writing and i dontt dout her intention) from the said account and it i either or survivor operational basis - what to do - shall i tranfser all money to my other savings a/c immdly to have control over the money which is mine a per will -pls advise

As i understand from your query, both yours and your sister name is added in will, so money belongs to both of you. You cannot change or delete the will on your wishes and executor of will can do so only if it is mentioned in will that executor of will can subsequently change or modify the same.
