The last Will will be valid. You ll be required to obtain a probate from the court, if you are from Mumbai you'll have to approach high court and if you are Christian you don't require to obtain a probate

Whether any of the WILL is registered? If not then probably the WILL which is executed later will have more validity. But still if the WILL is disputed in the Court at the time of Probate then we have prove accordingly.

This is my response to you:
1. The current Will would have more value than the previous Will;
2. But if the previous Will is registered then it has more evidentary value than any other subsequent Wills;
3. Therefore show both the Wills to a lawyer and verify the same from him/her.

it is a settled position in law that the Will which is prepared at last is to be considered as final will. Please check which is the last will and if required please get it probated before the High Court.
