I have filed a case on my institute for cheating us & fraud

Am student , I have filed a case on my institute for cheating us , they said that institute is UGC recognized & affiliated to university , BT it was not & secondly addmission Was taken by saying Degree course2,95,000 fees & after 1 year. . we came to know we are offered diploma l Soo v filed case & now am dng my hotel management by other institute sooo I came to know about PCC & international internship is only provided if PCC is cleared . . . sooo my Question is that I HV filed case sooo my name will b in police records ?? Anyhow, I was complainer & victim of thz case ! Plz rply my Question am very much tensed !
Dear you have not put up your query or question clearly, so kindly post your query again stating exactly what you are looking for? Nevertheless, if I understand correctly that you are looking for internship and you are worried that you may become disqualified for the same due to your name appearing in police records. Let me clarify here, that you are a complainant and not the wrong doer so you need not have to worry about the same. Hope have clarified your doubt.

PCC means police clearance certificate
Here the system was to prevent any person accused in any crime flee from justice.
Here as u have mentioned that u have file a case against the institute .. so how ur name will come in police record
You would have to worry only when a case would have been filed against you and that also by police that means an FIR..
SO THERE IS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT...
