How to transfer father's property to mother,sisters not consenting

We have a house in chandigarh that is in my fathers name . My father died more than 6 year back & he did not left any will . I have mother & 3 married sisters . I am the only one who is not married . Now I want to transfer the house on my mothers name however 2 of my sisters are not signing the papers . Please advise me what can be done to transfer the property on my mothers name
No you can not transfer the same property to your mother's name without the consent of all the other members of the family, because according the Succession Act, the property will be divided equally among all the members of the family as they all the right in the said property as your Father died without making a will.
