Can the will be made in such a way that all belongings to husband first and then as per the list specified according to my wish after his death? Hindu
Yes you can draft the will in any manner you wish to though you need to remember that do no include other family member's share in the ancestral property in your will. You can include your own share in the will i.e, your share in the ancestral property, you self acquired movable and immovable property.
