How to handle debt recovery from a member in a committee

10 people come together to start a committee of RS 1 lakh. Every month part of Committee was paid on time by every member. And month the lottery was given to selected member properly. But now the one who was running this committee is not paying the last part to the 10th member I.e. to me. Committee is already given to all 9 members. What can i do in this case. I have one witness who is not a member of Committee.
