Grandfather stating his property will be his wife's after his death and after his wife's death it'll go to his son A. Can his wife change his will and give it to son B after his death as it is hers then?

This is my response to you: 1. No she cannot change the Will; 2. You must file probate of the Will; 3. Approach HC and file the same; 4. Son will never get complete title without probate; 5. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
