Father writing a Will can he transfer complete property to one son

Hi Sir, Actually Sir, My father make a will where is stated that the property is named on my brother , what are the action i can take against that

If the property is a self acquired property I.e. bought by your father out of his own funds (not funds from your grandfather or Hindu undivided Family funds etc) , then yes he can will it to whomsoever he likes. Not compulsory to divide it among all his sons.
