Father left a Will small share of 3rd party can he challenge the same?

My father passed away 3 yrs bac and made a will but did not register it. We r 2 bros/ 1 sister and mother . One survivor who has been given small share is trying to create problems . Can the will be challenged and if yes what could be the possible outcome . What is the law of inheritance in such a situation
A will need not be registered to be valid. In the absence of a will, the property would be divided equally between you, your mother and your sister, unless there are any other legal heirs.
