Claim on bank account money

1.) My father was a pensioner but he was expire on 2013. Present time My mother is pensioner instead of my father. There are some money in my father bank account but not any nomniee is shown of my father account. So please guide me that how my mother claim on my father account money. 2.) What is claim book?
