sir meri ma ki vyaktigat propari h yadi vo mere name vasiyat kar de to unki death ke bad yadi koi gavah apni bat se mukar jaye to kya meri bahne ya or koi objection kar sakta h kya
yes, once you file for probate in the court the court issues summons calling all the parties and asking them whether they have any objection or not. If any one of them objects then the case would go on until it is proved that the Will executed by your mother is fair and true and the other party is lying.
