Can we register Will after the death of testator

we have Will written by our grandfather signed by two witnesses but not registered can I register will after the death of my grandfather

To register a Will, the testator needs to be present at the time of registration. A will cannot be registered after the death of the testator. A registration of a will is not compulsory. A non-registered will is a valid will.
