Can unmarried woman transfer property to a third person

If an unmarried spinster HINDU lady writes wants to make a will bequeathing her apartment got by her Father to a third person who has taken care of her will the third person incur any additional expenses to transfer the apartment to her name post demise of the executer of will? Can her brother or sister object to the same?

The person who has received the property through Will needs to file probate petition for the will and get the property transferred in his own name. 
Yes, her brother and sisters challenge such will. But a duly witnessed and a registered will is difficult to challenge.
