Can my sister's son claim his share in my late father's property

15-Oct-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
After my father's death in Feb. 2013, my father's property divided between my brothers and my mother according to my father's unregistered Vasiyat. My two sisters had died before the division of the property. Now my sister's son claims for this property. Have they right in this divided property?

if the property is being divided and executed as per the will written by your deceased father then your sisters son has no right over the property as the share of the property has already been mentioned in your fathers will. but if the will is not executed he may challenge the will asking for his share.
