Can elder son get share in property if his name is not in the Will

My grandfather have five childrens 3 boys 2 girls.He has two houses and he made a will that he is giving his one house to middle son and second to smaller son no house to elder son and my grandfather died on 19 oct 2017.The value of the house which is given to middle son is 1.5 cr and second house vlue is 60 lakh does their any chance that his elder son can get any house now? My religion is hindu
father is a sole owner (and his legal wedded wife, that's a different thing though) of his self-earned property. He can decide to distribute among children or even git it away to charity. No one can stop him but if the prop is ancestral then children have equal rights in that property and father cannot deny claim on it.
