Can a will be changed after death?

Grandfather stating his property will be his wife's after his death and after his wife's death it'll go to his son A. Can his wife change his will and give it to son B after his death as it is hers then?
Yes, she can do the same as the owner will be passed to the wife so she will be the deemed owner of the property and no one else. She can do anything with that property the disposal of the property will be as per her wish. She can give it to anyone.
