Can a will be challenged based on wrong information

06-May-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
My father made a registered will before he passed away in 2015. However some of the information mentioned in the will document is incorrect, based on which he distributed property. Because of bitter relations with my mother, he provided wrong information about her in will and did not give any share to my mother who financially supported him throughout the life. nCan the will be challenged based on wrong and incorrect information provided in will document?

A will can also be challenged on the grounds that it was procured by forgery, fraud, or undue influence. Such type of cases usually involves a manipulator who manipulates the testator to leave behind everything or a larger pie of the property for them
