Aunt forged my signature in uncle`s property documents after his death

22-Mar-2023 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
It all started in July 2014, when my other aunt started influencing my uncle who was a widower and childless; I was treated as his God child. I was to benefit from FD & a shop & PF. She forced him to change in the second will after a year & got it registered without a medical certificate with negligible difference between 2 wills. FD's held jointly by my uncle and me, were divided among other 4 relatives other than me on maturity. I was the nominated beneficiary in the PF account and savings bank account of PF; she got it changed to her name. She had cruel intentions against me that is why she forged my signature in the bank account and got the shop also sold out, which was to come to me as per the last wishes of my uncle, just few days before my uncle’s expiry. My father alive has not been named in the will & he was very close to my uncle as both lived in the same building. My uncle gave all his kin equal share and she wants to deprive me because of her personal grudge against me.

If your aunt forged your signature on any valuable document or security then, you can lodge a complaint in the nearest police station against your aunt under section 155 of CrPC. Also, if you have sufficient proof that the will was made under undue influence then, you can file case for injunction on the execution of the will.
