Atrocity case against father will problem occur in son government job

Respected sir / madam , A attrocity case was filed on my father and it is running in the court . i have completed my graduation and i am preparing for centralgovernment jobs , would the case against my father becomes an obstacle for me during verification . is any chance to cancel my Recruitment
the case against the father should not affect the government job of the son . provided that the son should not be involved in anything related to the case. the son should not be the party in the case.
