About the ancestral will from my great grandfather to my father ....

hi this is about my father has a will written by his great grand father for a property in chennai if i want to sell it .. is it ok only my father signs and my grandfather signs as witness . the will is a registered one in chennai .. my question is weather all my father's brothers or sister do need to sign or only my father sign and my grandfather sign is enough to sell the property

the person whose name is written in the Will has all the right in the property.

your grandfather n father has rights on it means they can execute the sell deed.
