How to get form 16 from previous employer

I didn complete my full and final settlement part in my prev org. I want to pay them 2 month salary. They are holding my form 16. But i want to file for this year. How to get from them? i asked them. They are not responding.
Hi, The FFS nothing to do with Form 16 by the company. Company do not have any right to hold you form 16 for any reason. But your FFS should have come negative balance in this case because of 'improper exit' related issues. You need initiate legal action against them. Talk to a lawyer practice on both labor/Tax related matters.

Not required, form 16 because already all the TDS remitted to bank and updated in your PAN , kindly review 26AS , then how mush TDs remitted etc., you can get all the details. No required TDs certificate separately. Consult more.
