Company registered in US can I open bank account in Indian

18-Feb-2023 (In Tax Law)

I am incorporating a company in the US. I am having troubles with opening a business bank account in US since foreign residents cannot open a bank account without physically visiting the branch. Therefore my only option is to open a bank account in India. My question is - Along with US(since the company is registered in US) Will my corporate income be taxed in India too (since I am bringing the money in Indian bank account)?

Since the company is registered in US, so you will have to register your account in US. Further you will have to have resident of US, which will enable to open your account in US.We suggest that you should consult an attorney in US who can advise you the further course of action.
