Aap yadi nirdosh hain.. Toh ek achche waqeel ko uski samuchit fees ada kr.. Court dwara mukt ho sqte hain.

Depending on the matter, Application under sec 156/3 can be dismissed by the Judge or he may accept it in which case it will stand trial. In the latter case, if the case against you is fake, you can first apply for bail stating that the allegations are false.Then during trial stage, which includes Examination in Chief, Cross examination, PE, you can expose the lies.
