Hi nwhat if wife refused at first time it self to take the SC TP notice, nwhat will be the action from SC?nIs SC magistrate will direct order to send notice again to her ? nif yes how many times ? ngenerally what is the SC action if wife refused to take notice?nnAny one came across this situation, if yes what is happened.nKindly assist me with more details.
