Wanna ask about re-registration policy

I am thinking to buy a re bike but that bike was registered from Himachal Pradesh so can I run that bike in delhi without any issue

You need to approach the RTO and transfer the said vehicle from Himachal Pradesh to Delhi. In the process the original RC along with insurance and pollution will be seen by the Delhi RTO. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
