Can I get st reservation in my home state after residing for 18 years in another state?
Yes. But you have to give proof of permanent residence. Your photo identity cards must all have your residence as your home state only since these will be demanded for you and also for your descendants, who may be required to produce yours too. You cannot get benefit of reservation in any state other than your home state, since reservation is not a right in rem, as per a cantena of Supreme Court judgements.
