SLP - Eviction filed by Tenant


21-Dec-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
14 year pending case. I am landlord. Lost in trial and appeal court. Won at Madras High Court. Opp party filed SLP which is now taken up for argument. I have also a Fair rent decree and opp side liability is 35 lacs. Want to know chances of opponent SLP dismissal
