Service matter and I am challenging the examination process

In my petition I am challenging the examination Rules and in 1st hearing SC given this "proceedings/processesnpursuant to the advertisement in question shall remain subject tonthe final orders to be passed in this petition" order but after that the process of examination begins. My question is that if my petition allows what will do with the process which done after 1st hearing order. Is it quashed or not? Bcoz I m challenging the constitutional validity of rules.

From the brief description of facts it seems that when final orders will be passed in your SLP, the examination process may be declared null and void. For more details please get in touch with me over WhatsApp.
