Regarding Anti Establishment PIL in Supreme Court of India

31-Jul-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)
I have an interesting Case for PIL which may ultimately go to Constitutional Bench. The question involved may also be termed as Anti Establishment but the specific question of law is unanswered till now. So IMHO it should be cleared. So please suggest should I go forward or not? And also suggest some good advocate to represent in supreme court.

Nowadays the Supreme Court is bit strict in dealing with PIL cases. In order to see whether PIL can be filed or not various parameters need to be seen. Detailed information is required to suggest whether PIL can be filed or not.
