Query regarding rejection in dsssb related to last date

10-Apr-2025 (In Supreme Court Law)
I applied for DSSSB Nursing Officer 02/24. My degree & DNC were completed after 13.03.24 but before appointment. The post says DNC is required at time of appointment. Can rejection be challenged if qualification date is post-13 March?

Your query is bit confusing but I think you want to ask that if you have completed your aforesaid program before your appointment for a particular post for which DNC as a Qualification is needed then if your appointment is rejected or cancelled then can you challenge it or not. So, for better understanding of your query the complete understanding of your facts are necessary. Please contract and provide complete facts so that I can assist you.

It depends on the policy of DSSSB. Further, if you had completed the course before the vacancy had come out, then you can be an applicant, there is no bar. But, if you completed the course after the application deadline, then you will not be able to challenge. However, each case has to be understood individually.

Yes. Certainly it can be challenged if specifically requirement says before appointment. We will have to see the cut off date in the notification, basis that it can be argued. You can share the notification over WhatsApp with me.
