Notice to be issued by court for eviction by son and daughter in law

Acase of court order for eviction notice to son and daughter in law I being senior citizen. How court fees is calculated. If court fees not paid summon will not be issued? How to track Application submitted at SDM office. Kindly guide.

You need to file an application for the status report of the case you had filed. In that application you need to mention the details of your case. And if you wish to really evict then you can go for drafting of your will. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
