Need to protect remarriage from Court cases.

my brother got remarriage post completing the 90 days of receiving divorce decree . now after almost one year his first wife filled appeal against the divorce decree in supreme court. Actually she wants to disturb his current married life. we want to keep away my new sister in law and her family from all this nonsense to avoid any complications in their marriage. but his first x wife tried hard to drag my new bhabhi in it to create rift . please suggest some legal remedy. can SC supports us.?
if your brother has remarried after waiting for the statutory period, use that as a defence in the supreme Court proceedings. also highlight the fact that the proceedings initiated by the first wife is a gross abuse of the process of law.
