No one can answer or come to conclusions without having a look on documents .
Directly no one can go to Supreme Court.
Is there any order of High Court or not ?
Anything is possible.
Making a case fit for court is a work of advocate.
Better consult one.

Well,
to file an SLP it has a procedure given in the Supreme court rule...
whereby one has to appoint a Jr. Adv. to whom you have to give the case as a whole..he will give a gist to the Senior advocate to whom you can pay the appropriate fees as per case date and also the cost of AOR and the clerical charges apart with the cost of filing charges of the case...
for the same, you need few conferences as well..

Pehele aapko isey Diwani adalat me chunauti deni hogi uske baad High Court fir Supreme Court. Seedhe Supreme Court aap sirf tab aa sakte hain jab aapke mollick adhikar ka ulanghan hua ho. Aap jald se jald petition daakhil kijiye kyunki deri 50+ saal ki ho chuki hai
