High Court Procedures for Listing and Updating Case Details.

15-Oct-2025 (In Supreme Court Law)
I am a petitioner in person before Bombay High Court and not SC. While the court orders appear on the "Listing dates" webpage related to my matter, the NDOH details are not updated on the "Case Details" webpage. Who is responsible for updating the "Listing Dates" and "Case Details" on the web page? Who is responsible for uploading the Record of Proceedings or Court Orders on the web page? My enquiries at the court given me different answers - hence the query.

You file a RTI to get the correct answer under Sec 6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. The answer you will get will be Official answer and based on such answer, you can file a case in Bombay High Court, if you are getting targeted by either uploading of wrong details or no uploading details for you of NDOH.
