Hi. I'm a upsc aspirant and have dedicated 5 years to the exam. This time the paper was toughest ever SNF not aligned to the syllabus prescribed. Wanted to file PIL for taking necessary action on the same. How much fee would it be? And how soon can it be listed for hearing?

According to the Constitution of India, the petition can be filed under Article 226 before a High Court or under Article 32 before the Supreme Court of India. If you are a group of individuals then it's better to file it together so that the court can hear you more seriously. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
