Getting my funds from CSCR vide Supreme Court panel

I had invested few lakhs in Humara India cooperative societies, Kolkata which was under Sahara cos. But now Supreme Court has directed CSCR to disburse 5000 crore to genuine investors. I wish to get my refunds. Can any advocate try this for me to contact CSCR and judges appointed by SC to see if I can get my 12 lakhs which matured amount
As per Hon'ble Supreme Court directions, it will be ascertained as who are genuine Investors under a process set up for the same. Either yourself or through authorized Advocate may proceed further. Consult lawyers for their legal fees etc .

If you were a genuine investor and the supreme court has directed the other party to give away the money to the investors then they will be duty bound to do the same. And in case they fail to do so then you can claim your money by issuing a legal notice and attach the certified copy of order. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
