Fake case filed against me about death threat.

My relative had a money dispute with someone. The other person just to get the money back from him filed a fake case of death threat on me and my relative. First the case was files in district court where I was found not guilty, where they proceeded the case to high court. Here again I was found not guilty and then they filed the case again in supreme court. Because of such incidents I have lost a lot of my clients. I have wasted a lot of time going to courts and now again I have to go to delhi for every date. I am a heart patient and cannot travel much.
Supreme Court has the power to dispose the case at the first hearing only if the case has no merit. Since the Supreme Court has not done that in your instance, there is no choice not to attend the Court proceedings. However the remedy available to you is that there is a very rare chance that the Court will decide against you and at that time you can request the Court to order the other party to pay damages and compensate for the money spent for Court proceedings by you during the duration of such proceedings.
