Disqualification Of Foreigners In India

I want to know the provision of foreigners law in India regarding disqualification of foreigners to enter and stay in India. All provision and proviso if substantive law, rules, regulations, and other secondary law, any order or suggestions of supreme court , any suggestions by law commission, any recommendations of international traty to which india is party, any administrative order regarding this, any bill that is submitted in parliament recently. I need all these information.

A foreigner can be disqualified from entering or staying in India if they: - Don't have a valid passport or visa - Have been convicted of a crime - Are a threat to national security - Have been deported or removed from India before.
