महोदय,
सादर अवगत कराना है कि प्रार्थी विवेक कुमार यादव पुत्र श्री राम यादव निवासी ग्राम कटिहारी बुजुर्ग थाना घोसी जनपद मऊ उत्तर प्रदेश 275301 का मूल निवासी है । प्रार्थी सन् 2009 जून से सन् 2012 सेशन के बीच कर्नाटक स्टेट ओपेन यूनिवर्सिटी मानस गंगोत्री मैसूर कर्नाटक से सम्बद्ध NAND KISHORE DUBEY AIITM (UP-568) Anand Institu
If the University fails to issue a degree certificate after you have completed your graduation, you can file a formal complaint before the redressal forum of your University, if any, or else you can contact the education department of the concerned state or else you can also file a writ petition before the Hon'ble High Court of the State. You can also serve a legal notice through an Advocate.
