If traffic police impose fines, ensure they provide an official challan. Refuse to pay unofficial fines and report such incidents to the traffic department or anti-corruption bureau. Shopkeepers cannot block public parking; check with the municipal authority for parking regulations. For repeated issues, lodge a formal complaint with evidence like photos or videos. Adv.
