Can I file PIL to get details from ambulance services
In Supreme Court Law
I want to file a pil against 108 ambulance that they should give details of patients to their legal heir if they ask for that. Like in accidental claim case etc. It is good proof that deceased person died under what circumstances

You cannot file PIL for seeking information from ambulance service. If the ambulance service was provided by government authority the you can file for RTI application seeking information from such department of government.
