Address proof for voter address change

Hello, I am trying to change my voting card address as I have moved to stay at my office location on rental address. I applied for online address change and submitted document as bank passbook which was on my new address. This is not my native place but I am residing here and I will be here for many years going forward. The BLO is asking me to bring letter from my Native place that my name is cancelled or does not exist in my native place. They ask to change my aadhar, how can I sue them

Well, in order to sue BLO, you need to prove that he is the one, who is at fault, he is the one who is not following due procedure of law and policy of the concerned Government relating to Change in Voting Address!
