You need to Incorporate Section 8 Company with the ROC and make an separte application with ROC in Form INC-12, and the MOA and AOA memorandum and articles of association have to be in conformity with the provisions of section 8 and rules made thereunder relating to registration of the company under section 8.

in case you are planning to register a ngo at a state level, you need to have 7 members, not related by blood. two photographs, copy of pan card, photographs of all members. ownership proof of registered office of the owner.
