What are the consequences of a case pending on me

I was arrested for possession of property obtained by crime under 5000$, theft under 5000$, use of a credit card . The situation happens like this , I was in the mall shopping then I found a wallet on a pile of clothes in front of me so I went and bought 2 pairs of shoes and 2 shirts which added up to under 300$ in totals and as I was in the mall the police arrested me and all the items got returned . My question is as a first time offender what would be the worst that could happend in my case my court date is August 2th I would like to know my chances of not getting a criminal record I just graduated in real estate and I can’t afford to have that . Dear sir, a perusal of the FIR is necessary for me to ascertain the sections under which you have been charged by the police. Depending on the sections charged we can find out whether the offense is serious in nature.

Hello client hru.i have read ur query a super which u have fount a wallet in mall and u happen so use it and u have shopped the articles shoes shirt etc from tht the credit card u found in tht wallet tht costed u beR about 5000 dollars and immediately u have been arrested by the police. And all the article got returned and u have been booked in prison by the police.in this matter u have tell 7nder what section u have been book by the police.
